Material Handler – Distribution Center

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Material Handler to join its DFW Distribution Center in Fort Worth, Texas. The role supports the flow of medical‑technology parts and supplies, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Unpack and verify incoming goods against purchase orders or invoices.
• Reject damaged or non‑conforming items and document discrepancies.
• Lift, move, and transport heavy items using appropriate equipment.
• Store materials in designated locations and maintain accurate system records.
• Pick and distribute inventory to manufacturing lines as needed.
• Monitor inventory integrity, investigate variances, and support cycle counts.
• Prepare shipments, generate shipping documentation, and ensure timely dispatch.
• Participate in safety initiatives, audits, and 5S continuous‑improvement programs.
• Report work‑related issues to the supervisor and perform other assigned duties.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 years of warehouse or material‑handling experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks up to 8 hours per shift.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 60 lb repeatedly.
• Full range of motion in waist, neck, and upper extremities.

Required skills

• Equipment operation (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Inventory management and record‑keeping.
