Master Plumber – Lead Plumbing Operations

About the role

The Master Plumber leads Renuity’s plumbing operations, ensuring KOHLER‑brand products are installed to the highest standards and exceed customer expectations. This senior position combines hands‑on expertise with team leadership, training, and brand representation across Nevada and other states.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all journeyman plumbers and plumbing work for Renuity installations.
• Develop and maintain the Renuity West Services Plumbing handbook.
• Design and execute hire‑to‑retire processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance development, and retention of journeyman plumbers.
• Create and deliver best‑practice installation procedures for internal teams, subcontractors, and contractors.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes and conduct testing for safe operation.
• Coordinate permit processing, inspections, and follow‑up activities with the scheduling team.
• Supervise installations and provide on‑site technical guidance.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in residential/commercial plumbing and leadership of plumbing crews.
• Proven ability to train and mentor journeymen and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of local and state plumbing codes and inspection requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and professional conduct on job sites.
