Master Automotive Detailer

About the role

Classic Ford of Smithfield is looking for a Master Automotive Detailer to ensure every new and pre‑owned vehicle meets the highest standards of presentation. You will work in a fast‑paced dealership environment, applying advanced detailing techniques to deliver showroom‑quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full‑service detailing on new and pre‑owned vehicles.
• Operate buffers and polishing equipment safely and effectively.
• Complete paint correction processes, including compounding and polishing.
• Remove heavy interior stains from carpet, upholstery, and headliners.
• Perform professional headlight restoration and window tint removal as needed.
• Clean and recondition vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards.
• Inspect completed work for quality and consistency.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area while following safety procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years professional automotive detailing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Capable of working in a fast‑paced environment and managing time effectively.
