Marketing Program Manager – New Product Launches

About the role

YETI is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of go‑to‑market campaigns for new product launches. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of brand‑aligned initiatives that drive customer excitement and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end planning and execution of marketing programs for new product launches, aligning with brand strategy.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including scopes, requirements, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with product, sales, e‑commerce, legal, customer experience, and brand marketing teams.
• Identify project gaps, risks, and dependencies; propose proactive solutions.
• Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and third‑party vendors.
• Partner with creative and content teams on brand, seasonal, and campaign initiatives.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and communicate updates at key milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in marketing or an ad agency, preferably within consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and launch processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Resourceful self‑starter comfortable with ambiguity.
