About the role

tarte™ is seeking a motivated rising senior to join its Marketing Operations team in New York City for a summer internship. The role offers hands‑on exposure to the day‑to‑day activities that keep the brand’s high‑performance natural cosmetics campaigns running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily tasks within the Marketing Operations department, including data entry, reporting, and campaign coordination.
• Own assigned weekly or monthly deliverables and ensure timely completion.
• Participate in trainings and speaker sessions led by senior leaders across the company.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute independent projects that improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Current student at an accredited college or university, rising senior preferred.
• Available to work on‑site in the New York City office during the fall semester.
• Ability to multitask, stay flexible, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, organization, written and interpersonal communication skills.
