Job description
About the role
Join the AI Simulation division at SandboxAQ to build a best‑in‑class marketing operations and analytics function from the ground up. You will shape how marketing performance is measured, connect activity to pipeline and revenue, and turn data into trusted business intelligence.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and evolve the martech stack, selecting and integrating tools for automation, data management, measurement and business intelligence.
- Instrument campaigns across the funnel and develop multi‑touch attribution models that link marketing activity to pipeline, revenue and ROI.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards from individual campaign performance to full‑funnel views for data‑driven decision making.
- Design, test and continuously improve nurture and lifecycle programs, including segmentation, triggers, lead scoring and A/B testing.
- Establish data hygiene standards, governance processes and reliable integrations between marketing systems and Salesforce, collaborating with RevOps, Sales, Finance and Product.
Required profile
- 4–7 years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, RevOps or demand‑generation operations with hands‑on ownership of reporting and campaign infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven ability to build in a greenfield or ambiguous environment, taking ownership from strategy through implementation.
- Strong cross‑functional communication skills to translate go‑to‑market questions into metrics and actionable recommendations.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot or Pardot.
- SQL for querying and joining data across multiple sources.
- Python or scripting for automation and data wrangling.
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker or Power BI and data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
What we offer
- Competitive base salary, performance‑based incentives and equity participation.
- Comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage, retirement savings with company match and paid parental leave.
- Flexible paid time off, seasonal breaks and support for flexible work arrangements.
- Opportunities for continuous learning, cross‑functional collaboration and internal development programs.
