Marketing Manager

About the role

D.R. Horton, Inc., the largest homebuilder in the United States, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead divisional marketing initiatives that drive home sales, generate leads, and enhance community visibility while maintaining brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute divisional marketing plans, advertising strategies, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate creation, approval, and distribution of marketing collateral such as brochures, signage, flyers, digital ads, email campaigns, and sales support materials.
• Manage digital marketing activities including website updates, online listings, paid advertising, email marketing, social media coordination, and lead‑generation programs in partnership with Corporate Marketing.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, website traffic, lead conversion, and advertising effectiveness; recommend adjustments based on data.
• Oversee relationships with external partners (agencies, printers, photographers, digital vendors, signage providers) to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.
• Maintain marketing budgets, process invoices, track expenditures, and ensure compliance with purchasing procedures.
• Collaborate with Sales, Construction, Land, and Operations teams to support community openings, inventory home marketing, and market‑specific sales initiatives.
• Ensure all materials comply with branding standards, Fair Housing requirements, licensing regulations, and legal guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing multi‑channel marketing programs, preferably within real‑estate or homebuilding sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics and adjust strategies.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and branding compliance.
