Marketing Manager

About the role

My People Person is partnering with a fast‑growing niche manufacturer of powered cargo and passenger lifts to hire a Marketing Manager. Reporting directly to the President, you will own the entire marketing function and have a seat at the leadership table in a high‑impact, hands‑on environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand positioning, performance marketing, digital strategy, and customer experience initiatives.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, SEO, video, and content channels.
• Manage website development and ongoing digital content to generate awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.
• Build and maintain marketing analytics, reporting, and leadership‑ready performance summaries.
• Support the sales team with collateral, data, and channel insights that drive revenue.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and lead brand implementation.
• Capture and edit campaign‑specific photography and video as needed.
• Manage and develop one direct report, with potential to expand the team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a smaller or growth‑stage company where you owned multiple functions.
• Experience managing at least one direct report.
• Strong analytical mindset – able to pull data, interpret results, and communicate insights to non‑marketing stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication skills for ad copy, emails, and leadership reports.
• Self‑starter who takes ownership and drives initiatives without waiting for direction.
• Ability to commute to Mabank, Texas and work on‑site five days per week.
