Marketing Manager – Influencer Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Marketing Manager to lead and scale our influencer marketing program for Uber and Uber Eats. You will own the end‑to‑end execution of creator‑driven campaigns that are culturally relevant, platform‑native, and measurable, driving both brand impact and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer strategy across Uber and Uber Eats, including creator briefs, talent selection, platform approach, content formats, paid amplification, and measurement frameworks.
• Manage creative processes with agencies and internal teams: influencer identification, outreach, contracting, onboarding, content review, approvals, posting logistics, and performance reporting.
• Oversee influencer agencies to ensure delivery against briefs, timelines, budgets, and performance expectations.
• Partner with creators and internal stakeholders to produce high‑quality, native content that balances authenticity, brand safety, and business goals.
• Integrate influencer assets with paid, organic, and earned media plans, collaborating with Media and Global Social teams.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, cultural moments, and emerging formats, building relationships with key platform partners.
