Marketing Manager – Boise, ID

About the role

The Simplot Company is seeking a Marketing Manager to translate strategy into integrated marketing programs that drive growth across its agriculture, turf and horticulture businesses. Based in Boise, ID, you will work closely with business leaders, agency partners and cross‑functional teams to deliver campaigns, digital initiatives and events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support business goals and customer engagement.
• Manage end‑to‑end marketing projects, including timelines, budgets and stakeholder coordination.
• Coordinate communications, email marketing, website content and other promotional activities across multiple channels.
• Partner with sales, agronomy, agency partners and vendors to deliver marketing programs and sales‑enablement tools.
• Plan and support trade shows, customer events, meetings and industry conferences.
• Monitor campaign performance, work with analytics resources and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain high‑quality execution while managing multiple priorities and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 4‑5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, campaign or digital marketing.
• Strong project‑management, organizational and communication abilities.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Experience with B2B marketing and an understanding of agricultural customers is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%).
