Marketing & Growth Manager

About the role

Studio Rose is seeking a hands‑on Marketing & Growth Manager to own and execute customer acquisition, creator partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate growth, and ecommerce initiatives. This role blends strategic thinking with day‑to‑day execution to directly impact the brand’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Creator & Influencer Marketing: build and scale Studio Rose’s creator and influencer community, recruit micro‑influencers and brand ambassadors, coordinate product‑seeding campaigns, manage affiliate partnerships, secure usage rights for UGC, and track program performance.
• Growth & Performance Marketing: support paid marketing initiatives across Meta and other channels, execute acquisition campaigns, test and scale advertising programs, monitor performance metrics and optimise spend.
• E‑commerce & Customer Growth: partner with internal and external teams to drive ecommerce growth, support retention efforts, leverage creator content to increase traffic and conversions, analyse performance data, and contribute to emerging channels such as TikTok Shop.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: work closely with the founder and leadership team on growth projects, support brand activations, pop‑ups and collaborations, and contribute execution‑focused marketing ideas.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in growth marketing, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, ecommerce marketing, or related fields.
• Experience working for a high‑growth direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) brand.
• Hands‑on experience managing influencer, creator, affiliate, or ambassador programs.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition and paid media.
