Marketing Graphic Designer

About the role

2MO2MO, a leading design‑build firm in New York City, is seeking a Marketing Graphic Designer to strengthen its brand presence in the competitive renovation market. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on creative execution, allowing you to shape campaigns and produce the visual assets that drive client acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients in the New York renovation sector.
• Develop, launch, and manage digital campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to maximize ROI.
• Maintain and improve the company website for better user experience and conversion.
• Create and edit high‑quality visual content such as social media posts, banners, brochures, case studies, and brand materials.
• Professionally retouch photos and edit videos from job sites to meet brand standards.
• Curate engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Ensure visual brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing and/or graphic design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent time‑management and attention‑to‑detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Photo editing and video editing expertise.
• Hands‑on experience with SEO and SEM.
• Email marketing campaign creation.
• Digital advertising (paid social, display, etc.).
• Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Miro.
