About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join the Hermès Parfums Americas team in Miami. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will work across Travel Retail Americas, the US, South and Central America, and the Caribbean to develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive commercial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the regional marketing strategy alongside the Marketing Director.
- Implement the annual marketing plan in partnership with local distributors, retailers and Hermès Store teams.
- Monitor, analyse and report on the effectiveness of product launches, activations and animations through comprehensive 360° performance reports.
- Design and launch measurable initiatives to increase brand awareness, client engagement and business performance in strategic markets.
- Ensure consistent implementation of the Visual Merchandising strategy across all points of sale in the region.
- Build annual forecasts for new products and launches in collaboration with Commercial and Operations teams.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Define and manage the annual pricing strategy for the region.
Required profile
- Proven ability to support and execute regional marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor performance and produce detailed reports.
- Experience collaborating with distributors, retailers and internal store teams.
- Capability to develop and implement visual merchandising standards.
