About the role
We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and commercially minded Marketing Director to lead marketing initiatives across our growing portfolio of hospitality brands. The role combines brand development, creative direction, revenue generation, and team leadership to shape culturally relevant experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Build brand positioning for existing venues and new openings, ensuring consistent identity, voice, and creative standards.
- Identify emerging trends in hospitality, food, design, nightlife, and culture.
- Oversee all creative output, including social media, campaigns, photography, video, graphic design, copywriting, website content, email marketing, and event collateral.
- Collaborate with internal designers, agencies, photographers, videographers, and content creators.
- Lead digital marketing across platforms, manage content calendars, and drive growth in brand awareness, engagement, user‑generated content, reservations, and foot traffic.
- Analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and stay ahead of platform trends.
- Build and manage influencer, celebrity, media, and strategic partnership relationships.
- Develop collaborative campaigns with brands, hotels, fashion, wellness, music, and lifestyle partners.
- Oversee VIP marketing, community‑building initiatives, and culturally relevant activations.
- Lead marketing strategy for new restaurant openings, including launch campaigns, PR, events, and local partnership plans.
Required profile
- Deep understanding of luxury lifestyle hospitality and aspirational brand building.
- Proven ability to create culturally connected, operationally effective brands.
- Strong strategic leadership with experience in brand development, creative direction, and revenue generation.
- Demonstrated experience managing high‑performing marketing teams.
- Passion for guest psychology, experiential marketing, and digital storytelling.
