Marketing Designer

About the role

We are seeking a driven Marketing Designer to create high‑quality digital assets and campaigns for a variety of clients. You will own projects from concept through execution and collaborate with strategy, content, and digital teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop static and animated Meta ads using Figma, CapCut, Canva, and After Effects.
• Design email templates and campaigns that follow best‑practice performance guidelines.
• Create assets for Google Display, landing pages, and other multi‑channel campaigns.
• Refresh and optimize high‑performing creative based on performance data.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and marketers to align creative direction with campaign goals.
• Add motion and animation to ads and other assets.
• Test new visual concepts and styles to discover what resonates with audiences.

Required profile

• 3+ years of design experience focused on Meta ads, email marketing, or performance‑driven campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong eye for detail, typography, composition, and strategic thinking about design impact.
• Growth‑oriented mindset with willingness to learn new tools and trends.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
