Marketing Coordinator – MAC Cosmetics North America

About the role

The MAC Cosmetics North America team is looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to support Marketing, GTM & Retailer Marketing, and Consumer Engagement initiatives across the region. This full‑time hybrid role will involve managing inventory, coordinating vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of events and media assets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain inventory systems for marketing and event materials, place vendor purchase orders, and process invoices.
• Manage supply closet organization, categorizing and restocking assets for team efficiency.
• Submit price forms, track NPL marketing samples, and coordinate monthly NPL calendars.
• Ship product comps and samples to vendors and retail partners; maintain VM assortment files in Excel.
• Request and prepare tester samples for VM displays and support bi‑annual retail partner meetings.
• Set up product/sample reservations, retrieve and upload assets from the DAM system, and assist with press event logistics.
• Support development and distribution of influencer/media mailers, ensuring on‑brand packaging and timely tracking.

Required profile

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks.
• Experience with spreadsheets, data entry, and eCommerce environments.
• Previous exposure to marketing, PR, or retail teams.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel – proficient with VLOOKUP, IF statements, conditional formatting, and basic pivot tables.
