Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Sol Studio is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to start part‑time (20–25 hrs/week) and transition to a full‑time Account Manager within 30–60 days. This client‑facing position blends creative production with strategic digital marketing across a portfolio of accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and edit short‑form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels.
• Create social graphics, carousel posts, and story assets that align with current trends.
• Develop content concepts and support email campaigns, sales funnels, and landing pages.
• Communicate with clients, build account strategies, and track deliverables to ensure on‑time execution.
• As the role moves to full‑time, assume full account‑management ownership and become the primary client contact.

Required profile

• Comfortable in a client‑facing environment with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to own strategy and execution across multiple media.
• High organization, attention to detail, and adaptability to shifting priorities.
• Willingness to work with clients across the political spectrum without bias.

Required skills

• Short‑form video editing (CapCut; Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve a plus).
• Design fundamentals: typography, layout, color.
• Instagram content creation, including Reels, carousels, and story graphics.
• Email marketing and funnel creation.
• Experience with AI tools for rapid prototyping and workflow automation.
• Project‑management skills for tracking deliverables and deadlines.
