Marketing Associate – San Francisco

About the role

The Marketing Associate will work with the marketing team, onsite teams and regional leadership to develop and deploy tactical marketing strategies for a portfolio of assets. This hybrid position requires some days in the San Francisco corporate office.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing contact for onsite and operations teams for an assigned portfolio of sites.
• Provide ongoing marketing support to community teams, business leaders and clients, developing tactical campaigns and asset‑specific marketing strategies.
• Assist onsite teams with social‑media strategy, email marketing, website advertising, content creation and overall customer experience.
• Analyze reports and present marketing performance data, collaborating with revenue management and using business‑intelligence sources to set short‑ and long‑range plans.
• Communicate through webinars, live presentations, social‑media tools, website content, training manuals and participation in major events.
• Recommend design agencies, define creative scopes, manage RFP processes and oversee property branding initiatives.
• Manage and organize storage of all marketing assets and maintain digital asset libraries.
• Meet regularly with advertising and marketing partners to ensure alignment and execution.
