Marketing Associate – San Antonio

About the role

The Marketing Associate will work closely with Greystar’s marketing team, onsite property teams and regional leadership to develop and execute tactical marketing strategies for a portfolio of residential communities in San Antonio.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary marketing liaison for onsite and operations teams across an assigned portfolio of sites.
• Provide ongoing marketing support, creating asset‑specific campaigns that reinforce community branding and drive business goals.
• Assist onsite teams with social‑media planning, email marketing, website advertising and overall customer experience initiatives.
• Analyze performance reports, combine business intelligence data and collaborate with revenue management to shape short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Deliver communications through webinars, live presentations, social‑media tools, website content and training materials.
• Recommend and manage relationships with design agencies, oversee creative scopes, issue RFPs and ensure timely delivery of branding assets.
• Maintain organized digital libraries of all marketing assets and ensure proper storage.
• Engage regularly with advertising and marketing partners, review service contracts and negotiate preferred rates.
