Marketing Associate (Raleigh)

About the role

The Marketing Associate will collaborate with Greystar’s marketing team, onsite teams and regional leadership to develop and execute tactical marketing strategies for a portfolio of rental‑housing assets in the Raleigh‑Durham area.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary marketing contact for onsite and operations teams for an assigned portfolio of sites.
• Provide ongoing marketing support to community teams, business leaders and clients.
• Develop tactical marketing campaigns and asset‑specific strategies that promote each community’s brand.
• Assist onsite teams with social media strategy, email marketing, advertising websites, content creation and overall customer experience.
• Analyze reports and present marketing performance data, partnering with revenue management and monitoring asset status.
• Communicate via webinars, live presentations, social media tools, website content, training manuals and major internal/external events.
• Recommend design agencies, manage creative scope, distribute RFPs and oversee property branding initiatives.
• Manage and organize storage of all marketing assets and maintain the digital asset library.

Required profile

• Must reside in the general Raleigh‑Durham region.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule.
• Strong collaboration skills with onsite, operations and regional teams.
