Marketing Associate

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic associate‑level marketer to join Share Local Media’s growing team. In this role you will help make direct‑mail and OOH campaigns easier and more effective for tech and e‑commerce brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic direct‑mail marketing plans with brand partners and measure campaign performance against KPIs.
• Act as a channel expert, providing recommendations and best‑practice guidance to clients.
• Support clients through written and verbal communications throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Nurture client relationships by understanding needs and crafting tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records, track market selections, monitor deadlines, and organize purchase orders for mailed campaigns.
• Apply marketing knowledge to boost client performance and inform future channel strategies.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with all major teams at SLM.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, account management, or finance.
• Passion for marketing, client communication, and relationship management.
• Strong sense of urgency and excellent time‑management skills.
• Analytical, organizational, and written/oral communication abilities.
• Comfortable working with analytics and data‑driven insights.
• Self‑starter, problem‑solver with a “get it done” attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
