Marketing Associate – Hybrid (New Jersey)

About the role

The Marketing Associate will support Tnuva USA’s marketing team by assisting with market research, coordinating campaigns, creating sales materials, and managing projects that promote the company’s premium kosher dairy products. This full‑time hybrid position blends in‑office collaboration with flexible remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and food‑related initiatives aligned with brand objectives, sales priorities, and retail calendars.
• Manage social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, posting, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
• Oversee content creation such as photos, videos, and recipes by coordinating photoshoots, video production, and recipe development.
• Develop point‑of‑sale materials and in‑store promotions, including signage, recipe cards, displays, and branded giveaways.
• Coordinate graphic design needs with internal resources or external vendors to produce advertisements, social graphics, and promotional collateral.
• Support digital advertising for e‑commerce platforms through campaign setup, optimization, budgeting, and day‑to‑day platform management.
• Track and report campaign performance, delivering monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights.
• Assist with influencer outreach, coordination, and brand partnership programs.

Required profile
