Marketing Assistant – Pop/Dance

About the role

Join the Pop/Dance Marketing team at Warner Music Group and support the marketing leadership in driving campaigns for top artists. This fast‑paced position offers exposure to all facets of the recorded music business, from brainstorming concepts to executing digital promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, daily schedules, and coordinate calls for marketing leadership.
• Assist in the conceptualisation and execution of marketing ideas and digital campaigns.
• Liaise with internal teams and third‑party vendors to create promotional tools and oversee product manufacturing such as posters and merchandise.
• Coordinate artist events and activations, handling budget planning through to final execution.
• Organise and manage single‑ and project‑specific assets received from external partners.
• Create and distribute email blasts with key release information across the company.
• Submit and track expense reports and invoices to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date artist one‑sheets and marketing documentation.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a high‑pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented mindset for managing assets, budgets, and documentation.
• Passion for music and familiarity with pop/dance genres is a plus.
