About the role

The Marketing Assistant will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across the organization. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the role requires a highly organized self‑starter who can manage both scheduled campaigns and ad‑hoc projects. The successful candidate will need to display versatility, balancing routine tasks with unexpected assignments while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns, coordinating timelines, assets, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful roll‑out.
• Undertake ad‑hoc marketing projects as assigned, providing quick turnaround and adaptable solutions to meet emerging business needs.
• Manage administrative duties related to marketing activities, including documentation, data entry, and internal coordination to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as a self‑starter.
• Effective communication and collaboration across departments to support cross‑functional initiatives.
