Marketing and Recruiting Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing and Recruiting Specialist to support the University of Arkansas in attracting top talent and promoting our brand. The role combines marketing communications with recruitment initiatives to enhance student and staff hiring efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote open positions and the university’s employer brand.
• Manage recruitment communications across digital platforms, including Workday and social media.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create job postings and recruitment materials.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to improve candidate outreach.
• Support internal communication initiatives related to talent acquisition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience in both marketing and recruitment functions, preferably in higher education.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Workday recruitment module.
