Marketing and Communication Associate

About the role

The Marketing and Communication Associate will support Aretum’s internal communications, employee engagement, marketing content, and brand design initiatives. Working closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams, the associate will create and maintain a variety of written and visual materials that reflect Aretum’s mission and values.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and coordinate company‑wide announcements, newsletters, policy highlights, and executive messages.
• Develop internal communications on behalf of the CEO and senior leadership, ensuring tone and consistency.
• Support employee engagement programs, including anniversary celebrations, recognition campaigns, and culture‑focused events.
• Plan and execute virtual and in‑person employee events, volunteer initiatives, and community‑service programs.
• Design and maintain branded assets such as presentations, one‑pagers, infographics, social‑media graphics, and occasional print materials.
• Assist business development teams with custom graphics, visual storytelling, and proposal formatting.
• Maintain a shared library of approved design templates and ensure all materials comply with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Update website content, LinkedIn posts, and other digital channels, tracking performance metrics to improve engagement.

Required profile

• Experience creating internal communications, newsletters, and executive messaging.
• Proven ability to support employee engagement and cultural initiatives.
• Strong graphic‑design sense with experience producing presentations, infographics, and social‑media visuals.
• Attention to detail and ability to uphold brand consistency across multiple channels.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Familiarity with graphic‑design software or platforms for creating visual assets.
• Basic knowledge of digital content management and performance tracking.
