Market Leader – Registered Investment Advisor (RIA)

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Market Leader to build and nurture long‑term relationships with high‑end Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) across multiple U.S. states. You will act as the primary face of Invesco, delivering a consultative, client‑first experience that drives product adoption and brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand differentiated relationships with existing and new RIAs in AZ, NM, CO, UT, IA, NE, WY, MT, OR, WA, and AK.
• Apply a consultative approach to identify client needs and leverage internal resources for education, mentoring, and portfolio construction.
• Create and execute a data‑driven client segmentation strategy.
• Deliver product presentations via telephone, WebEx, office visits, cluster meetings, seminars, and conferences.
• Design a strategic travel rotation to serve boutique firms and non‑metropolitan clients.
• Collaborate with the Division Sales Manager to align territory sales plans with broader division objectives.

Required profile

• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses (required).
• CFA, CIMA, or similar certification (preferred).
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of sales experience marketing investment products to financial advisors.
• Strong technical knowledge of mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, and capital markets.
• Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to develop strategic business plans.
