Market Enablement Manager

About the role

The Market Enablement Manager will design and deliver training, certification and readiness programs for Visit Seattle’s trade partners and local stakeholders. This role equips travel agents, tour operators and hospitality partners with the knowledge and tools to effectively market and sell Seattle as a destination.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage a structured onboarding journey for new trade partners.
• Create partner- and consumer-facing content such as webinars, sales guides, itineraries, product demos and pitch decks.
• Administer the Seattle Destination Training (SDT) platform and deliver certification programs across partner segments.
• Collaborate with the global representation agency and internal strategy team to align enablement efforts with priority markets.
• Develop and execute familiarisation (FAM) trips, including menu design, itinerary planning, on-site hosting and post-trip follow-up.
• Track and report enablement metrics such as training completion rates, content engagement and partner production outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in partner enablement, customer success, channel management, sales training or B2B program management.
• Proven ability to develop, launch and measure training or certification programs from concept to execution.
• Experience working with travel advisors, tour operators, DMOs or hospitality organisations is preferred.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, presentation and data-analysis capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience with itinerary-planning tools.
• Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
• Knowledge of Simple View, Travefy and Mogul platforms (a plus).
