Market Development Manager – Northern Florida

About the role

The Market Development Manager will drive growth for Constellation Brands’ Wine & Spirits portfolio across the Northern Florida market, both on‑premise and off‑premise. Working closely with distributor partners, retail accounts, and internal marketing teams, you will execute sales plans that meet revenue and distribution targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a business plan with distributors, including market surveys, pricing analysis, and sales meetings.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to state leads and key accounts.
• Launch new products and line extensions, managing pricing, incentives, and trade support.
• Build strong relationships with BU VPs, Sales Directors, KAMs, and distributor sales teams.
• Collaborate with Field and Brand Marketing to monitor brand health and drive placement in top accounts.
• Maintain financial records, budgets, forecasts, and conduct post‑promotional analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or market development within the beverage, wine, or spirits industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with distributors and retail partners.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
