Market Development Manager – Atlanta, GA

About the role

The Market Development Manager will drive growth for Constellation Brands' Wine & Spirits portfolio across the Atlanta, GA market. You will partner with distributor teams, national accounts, and internal marketing groups to execute sales plans, launch new products, and achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute distributor business plans, market surveys, and pricing analyses in collaboration with State Leads and other MDMs.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to State Directors and assigned accounts.
• Lead new product launches and line extensions, managing pricing, revenue, incentives, and trade support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with BU VPs, Sales Directors, KAMs, and distributor sales teams.
• Coach distributors on brand priorities, collaborate with Field and Brand Marketing on brand health, and ensure top‑account placement.
• Prepare financial records, budgets, forecasts, and conduct post‑promotional analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales planning, market development, and distributor partnership within the beverage or consumer goods sector.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market data, pricing trends, and competitive activity.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
