About the role

The Manufacturing/Production Manager I will oversee manufacturing and engineering processes at the Benicia, CA facility, ensuring efficient production and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective manufacturing and engineering processes, aligning with company standards.
• Oversee design and layout planning of manufacturing/engineering workflows under direct supervision.
• Provide daily supervision and problem‑solving support to technicians and production teams.
• Guide engineering on design concepts and specifications to optimize equipment utilization.
• Plan and prioritize build schedules, manage capacity planning and allocation of resources.
• Ensure documentation of engineering work, maintain lab notebooks, and enforce confidentiality and IP policies.
• Monitor technical staff performance, coordinate training, and manage daily production priorities.
