Manufacturing Quality Engineer (Spanish & English)

About the role

A manufacturing organization in the Dallas‑Fort Worth area is looking for a Quality Engineer who is fluent in Spanish and English. The role supports quality planning, product launches, and continuous improvement to ensure manufacturing processes meet both customer and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities for new and transferred programs.
• Coordinate Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submissions to satisfy customer requirements.
• Review engineering changes and update quality documentation.
• Develop and maintain Process Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (PFMEA) and related process documentation.
• Lead corrective and preventive action activities using structured problem‑solving methods.
• Coordinate calibration of inspection and measurement equipment and maintain quality records.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Customer teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field (preferred).
• Experience in a manufacturing quality engineering role.
• Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and corrective action methodologies.
• Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple departments.
