Manufacturing Operator – Full-time (Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm)

About the role

The Manufacturing Operator supports the process team in a biopharmaceutical bulk products facility, ensuring safety, quality and performance across cell culture, purification, or BioServices areas. The role follows Manufacturing Standard for Operational Excellence (MSOE) 602 and works on a Monday‑Friday schedule (8:00 am‑4:30 pm).

Key responsibilities

• Set up, sterilize, and operate equipment according to written procedures.
• Monitor equipment parameters, adjust settings, and perform in‑process sampling.
• Record data, log activities, and maintain cGMP compliance.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Review batch records for completeness and accuracy.
• Author or revise SOPs and batch records; participate in investigations.
• Train and coach junior operators.
• Maintain safety awareness and report issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and record information accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lb and perform bending, reaching, stretching.
