About the role

As a Manufacturing Operations Excellence Consultant – Senior Associate, you will work within PwC's Operations practice to help clients improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will analyze client needs, develop strategies, and guide the implementation of process improvements that boost productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and design operational strategies to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients to streamline product development and manufacturing processes.
• Identify bottlenecks in product development lifecycles and devise plans to accelerate speed to market.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and optimize supply‑chain integration.
• Leverage digital technologies to improve product quality and overall performance.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market‑trend analyses to inform product strategy.
• Apply Six Sigma and other continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Manage project resources to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
• Provide guidance on compliance and professional standards.
• Build meaningful client relationships and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
