Manufacturing Lab Technician

About the role

Cresco Labs is seeking a Manufacturing Lab Technician to support product processing and formulation in its extraction and manufacturing facility. The role involves maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient production environment while ensuring product quality and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Cresco Labs extractions and facilitate product processing in line with Commonwealth regulations and company standards.
• Conduct quality control testing to verify product consistency and efficacy.
• Perform product formulation, lab bench work, and product filtrations.
• Assist the Lab Manager with day‑to‑day tasks, including prepping and packaging.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of production areas.
• Work in various environmental conditions, including colder temperatures.

Required profile

• Ability to follow instructions from the Lab Manager and adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the lab.
• Willingness to work in a range of temperature conditions.
