Manufacturing Excellence Consultant – Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Consultant at the Manager level to help clients boost operational efficiency and speed to market. You will work across product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and design strategies that reduce cost, improve quality, and leverage digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze product development processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and optimize supply‑chain integration.
• Lead project teams to ensure timely delivery, quality outcomes, and budget adherence.
• Apply digital technologies to streamline operations and drive performance.
• Coach and develop team members, leveraging their strengths and expanding their skill sets.
• Conduct feasibility studies, market trend analysis, and manufacturing cost assessments.
• Maintain client relationships and provide strategic operational guidance.
• Promote emerging technologies and innovative manufacturing practices.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, operations, or consulting.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and communicate with senior stakeholders.
