Manufacturing Engineer – Process, Production & Technology

About the role

The Manufacturing Engineer will drive innovative, cost‑effective manufacturing solutions across process, production, and technology domains. You will design, develop, and continuously improve manufacturing techniques while applying Lean and Six Sigma principles to enhance productivity and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement new manufacturing processes and improve existing ones using Lean methodologies.
• Develop and maintain standard work instructions, line balancing, layout optimization, and quick changeover strategies.
• Lead implementation of Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and cell design.
• Collaborate with engineering and technology teams to ensure manufacturability of new products and capture return‑on‑experience.
• Own process metrics, monitor key performance indicators, and drive improvements in yield, cycle time, and productivity.
• Provide shop‑floor feedback on product design, review Engineering Change Orders, and support root‑cause analysis for quality issues.

Required profile

• Experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on process improvement.
• Strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to train and influence shop‑floor personnel.
• Proven problem‑solving skills for complex production and quality challenges.
