Manufacturing Engineer – Integration Focus

Key responsibilities

• Write clear, accurate assembly instructions and develop component‑level test plans.
• Act as the technical translator between Engineering and Integration, capturing requirements and designing test plans and tooling.
• Identify workflow gaps, design required tooling, and validate new processes.
• Assess capabilities, determine tooling requirements, and conduct process planning for integration efforts.
• Collaborate with design teams to align manufacturing capabilities with cost‑effective assembly steps.
• Lead mixed teams through the deployment of new manufacturing processes and develop long‑term capability plans.

Required profile

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in aerospace.
• Engineering degree or 10+ years of hands‑on manufacturing experience.
• High proficiency with computers and digital workflow tools.
• Experience working with complex assemblies and associated test procedures.
• Familiarity with PLM or ERP systems and exposure to ASME/AS9100 standards.

Required skills

• CAD software – strong preference for NX and CATIA.
• Digital workflow tools.
• PLM and ERP system usage.
• Knowledge of ASME and AS9100 industry standards.
• Complex assembly handling and test procedure development.
