Manufacturing Engineer I

About the role

Integer is seeking an entry‑level Manufacturing Engineer I to support the development and improvement of products and processes for our medical device and specialty battery divisions. Working under experienced mentors, you will apply engineering fundamentals to meet internal and external customer expectations while adhering to our quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Apply standard engineering methods and tools to modify existing products and processes.
• Review procedures and plans before implementation and conduct failure‑analysis investigations.
• Participate in moderate‑complexity projects that develop, document, and implement new product and process technologies.
• Follow Integer’s quality management and production system methodologies to identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform data‑driven root‑cause analysis for product and process failures.
• Observe manufacturing operations to detect discrepancies and support corrective actions.

Required profile

• Entry‑level engineering graduate willing to learn under guidance.
• Commitment to Integer’s values and to safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements.
• Ability to work with FDA regulations, QMS, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
