Manufacturing Engineer – CMP

About the role

As a Manufacturing Engineer you will develop and maintain methods, operating sequences, and processes for fabricating parts, components, sub‑assemblies and final assemblies. You will collaborate with other engineering functions to release product improvements and new products while applying lean principles and continuous‑improvement techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain all methods, operating sequences, and processes in the fabrication of parts, components, sub‑assemblies, and final assemblies.
• Coordinate with other engineering functions to release product improvements and new products.
• Apply Design for Excellence (DFx) principles to estimate and reduce manufacturing costs and improve product quality.
• Determine time standards and recommend tooling and process requirements.
• Develop and use test procedures, evaluate test results, and assess work methods, procedures, and policies.
• Identify root causes and corrective actions for assembly or system‑testing issues, perform Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and provide reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2‑4 years of related manufacturing engineering experience.
• Strong conceptual knowledge and technical problem‑solving ability.
• Solid interpersonal skills and ability to explain complex information.
• Physical ability to work in a clean‑room environment and use hand and power tools.
