Manager, Talent & People Analytics

About the role

The Manager, Talent & People Analytics partners with Human Resources to turn workforce data into actionable insights that drive performance, engagement, and strategic talent decisions across Breakthru Beverage Group.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end talent programs, including performance management cycles, employee engagement surveys, career frameworks, talent reviews, succession and development planning.
• Design, build and maintain dashboards, scorecards and reporting solutions using Workday and other people data sources.
• Deliver predictive analyses and strategic recommendations that enable informed talent decisions.
• Create executive‑level presentations that translate complex analytics into compelling narratives using advanced PowerPoint design and storytelling.
• Support the broader HR team with ad‑hoc analytics projects and initiatives that advance business growth and people objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial psychology, human resources or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, People Analytics or HR reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday reporting, including calculated fields, dashboards, Discovery Boards and workforce data analysis.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into business insights.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for data visualization, dashboard development and executive storytelling.
