Key responsibilities

• Define project and program objectives, conduct feasibility studies, and plan resources to ensure effective execution.
• Deliver systems engineering projects in line with product specifications, cost targets, resource utilization, and schedule commitments.
• Develop and coach personnel, manage performance, hiring, rewards, and discipline processes.
• Document all phases of project and program development and ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, safety, and confidentiality.
• Lead research and development of new technologies and integrate new processes, designs, or methodologies into Applied Materials products and services.

Required profile

• Comprehensive understanding of systems engineering concepts and related disciplines.
• Ability to integrate engineering expertise within broader business and functional units.
• Proven leadership of multiple teams, setting priorities and allocating resources effectively.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to resolve complex technical, operational, and organizational challenges.
