Manager, Strategy & Corporate Development

About the role

Lewis Services is seeking a Manager of Strategy & Corporate Development to lead growth initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise‑wide transformation projects. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Strategy, you will translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes and drive execution across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data to shape strategic direction, conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry assessments.
• Develop and present recommendations, workstreams, milestones, and performance metrics to executive leadership.
• Build complex financial models for M&A opportunities, prepare investment materials, and support due‑diligence activities.
• Create and manage integration plans, timelines, budgets, and governance structures to realize post‑acquisition synergies.
• Lead multiple enterprise‑level projects, apply change‑management strategies, and influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
• Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial modeling and data‑driven decision making.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in mergers & acquisitions, integration planning, and strategic execution.
