Manager, Rodeo Suites & Premium Experiences

About the role

The Manager, Rodeo Suites & Premium Experiences leads the premium suite and experience program for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. You will oversee sales, client relationships, service delivery, and operational execution to ensure exceptional premium experiences for sponsors and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Rodeo Suites and Premium Experiences program, supervising assigned staff.
• Develop and grow relationships with suite holders, sponsors, corporate partners, and premium clients.
• Oversee administration, renewal, fulfillment, and service delivery of Season Suite accounts and premium experience sales.
• Conduct facility tours, create sales materials, and maintain accurate client records.
• Identify, cultivate, and close new premium sales opportunities while maintaining a pipeline of prospects.
• Coordinate with Event Operations, Aramark, Marketing, Digital, Sponsorship, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless event experiences.
• Handle food and beverage logistics, parking, signage, and guest communications for premium spaces.

Required profile

• Proven experience in premium sales, client relationship management, and event execution.
• Strong ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality customer service.
