Manager, Product Ownership – Multiple Openings

About the role

As part of Nestlé IT & Digital Americas, the Manager Product Ownership will maximize the value of IT products and guide development teams to deliver solutions across regional markets. The role collaborates closely with the Global Product Manager and regional functional leaders to shape strategy, adoption and roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Maximize value of IT products and ensure delivery in individual markets within the region.
• Work closely with the Global Product Manager to align releases with product strategy and receiver needs.
• Prioritize and deliver tactical value throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with regional functional leaders to shape product adoption strategies and reduce duplication.
• Contribute to product roadmap and portfolio optimization for the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience as an IT specialist, consultant, product manager or related role in the manufacturing industry.
• 4 years experience in stakeholder management and cross‑functional team collaboration.
• 3 years experience in IT/Technology strategy, digital transformation, cloud solutions and integrations.
• 2 years experience with compliance tools such as Archer, ServiceNow GRC or MetricStream.
