Manager, Product Management

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Management to lead the North America product suite for its Customer Acquisition & Engagement team, covering Personalization, Marketing Services, and Network Solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the VP, Product Management and stakeholders to shape product design, prioritization, and roadmap decisions, providing market, competitive, and customer insights.
• Support vendor and partner selection, lead onboarding, internal product approval, and manage ongoing vendor hygiene activities such as agreement renewals and data‑privacy reviews.
• Structure and execute pilots for new or enhanced product launches, defining operational workflows, success metrics, and delivery requirements while maintaining launch playbooks.
• Lead product storytelling, use‑case demonstrations, and technical solutioning in sales opportunities, acting as the product subject‑matter expert for customers.
• Identify segment trends and pipeline signals, track industry innovations (including AI/Agentic solutions), and translate insights into targeted selling motions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated product management experience, preferably within financial services or payments.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, product marketing, operations, legal, data privacy, technology, global product).
• Experience managing vendor selection, onboarding, and ongoing governance.
• Strong analytical skills to provide market, competitive, and customer experience insights.
• Ability to define and execute product launch pilots and develop repeatable playbooks.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to support sales engagements.
