Manager, Product Development - Payment Authentication and Data Reporting

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager to lead product development and operational delivery for its global payment authentication network. The role combines product strategy, data‑driven decision making, and operational excellence to ensure a safer card‑not‑present ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product operational delivery across Mastercard authentication and data‑driven solutions.
• Manage data product operations, including intake, prioritisation, governance and support models.
• Own global authentication product monitoring and dashboard strategy for new builds and enhancements.
• Establish KPI frameworks, reporting solutions and data products to support performance and customer insights.
• Partner with analytics and engineering to ensure data quality, governance and accessibility.
• Analyse and troubleshoot complex authentication processing scenarios and performance issues.
• Act as product/business owner to translate customer needs into reporting, monitoring and product capabilities.
• Collaborate globally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Legal, Privacy, Franchise and Pricing teams.
• Ensure products and reporting meet regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

Required profile

• Strong experience leading product operations and data‑driven initiatives.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional global teams.
• Understanding of regulatory, privacy and risk‑aware decision‑making processes.
