Manager, Product Development – Digital Assets & Stablecoin Products

About the role

Mastercard Foundry is seeking a Manager to lead the development of new digital‑asset and stablecoin products. You will drive innovation from concept through market launch, shaping Mastercard’s future payments ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Identify emerging trends in payments, digital assets, stablecoins and AI, turning them into actionable product opportunities.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives for internal and external stakeholders.
• Rapidly prototype solutions and build proofs‑of‑concept to test market fit.
• Design and execute go‑to‑market plans, coordinating pilots and commercial roll‑outs with regional leads and business units.
• Lead cross‑functional teams (technology, legal, compliance, finance, marketing, sales) throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop analytics, business cases and financial models to demonstrate commercial value.
• Manage assigned initiatives, track progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product development for payments, digital assets or related fintech domains.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to build business cases and interpret market data.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical ideas to non‑technical audiences.
• Track record of delivering products from concept to market, including pilot execution.
