Manager, Process Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Manage engineers in utilizing techniques to characterize hardware, define methods and new technologies, and perform hardware characterization on complex systems.
• Interact with key customers to resolve extremely complex process engineering issues and address High Value Problems.
• Ensure effective product and technology demonstrations.
• Manage experimental tests, evaluate results and escalate critical technology issues to management.
• Determine product process specifications and identify equipment strengths, weaknesses and development opportunities.
• Lead collaboration efforts with executive and junior managers to ensure strategic execution.
• Lead market‑share improvement initiatives.

• Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within own job family and related families.
• Applies in‑depth knowledge of how the discipline integrates within the segment/function.
• Manages multiple related teams, sets organizational priorities and allocates resources.
• Identifies and resolves complex technical, operational and organizational problems.
• Impacts business results by supporting and funding projects, products, services or technologies.
• Influences others internally and externally, including senior management.

What we offer

• Salary range $171,500 – $236,000 per year.
