About the role

PWC is seeking a Manager to lead Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) consulting engagements focused on Manufacturing (MFG), Order Management (OM) and Planning. The role combines technical expertise in Oracle Cloud solutions with strong leadership to help clients optimise their supply‑chain processes and achieve strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project teams through planning, budgeting, execution and delivery of Oracle SCM implementations.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring alignment with business goals and high‑quality deliverables.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants, fostering skill development and performance excellence.
• Identify and address client needs, translating them into effective Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Maintain professional and technical standards, uphold PwC’s code of conduct and manage risk and compliance issues.

• Proven leadership experience in consulting or professional services.
• Strong analytical ability to understand complex systems and business processes.
• Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
